Hello! You Both!! Mind! & Body!

 

My salutations to your friendship
you both, have been such good friends
anybody, for that matter would appreciate and applause.

 

Having been my guests all through
been so close to each other
you act, like as if you are the big hosts.

 

You work by the seconds
make know of your after effects to one another
bring happiness and sorrow to each other.

 

You are more concerned, of your own self
having to reside in me, 
shown all causations of pleasure and pain.

 

All through you have been doing and acting your ways
having not cared, what shall be
repercussions on me.

 

Over a period, you caused stress, strain 
invite certain diseases and mental problems
aren’t you not fed up?

 

Now, I have come to know, that
I have been taken for a ride by you both
this will not do, henceforth.

 

 I now want, you to listen to me
you have not heard of Meditation and Mindfulness
I now teach you, some lessons on that.

 

I pray, you obey me
as I am giving you both the conducive atmosphere
you needn’t worry, I go by your ways to mend.

 

Oh! Body, you are constructed of the five great elements
you mind, you are made of space and wind
therefore, are such your acts.

 

In the present moment
this is what you are to do 
keep away past, think not of future, strictly.

 

Enough of wandering
in the mundane world
find solitude, that shall bring joy.

 

Realise! Who you are
you are not what you were a second back
you inhere within me.

 

Therefore, practice the methods of meditation
mindfulness is what shall bring you into the path
freedom is what shall be achieved.

 

I am the source of your existence
derivation of joy is from me
I am the bliss.

 

After death I get rid of you,
shall leave the planet
who knows, if I shall get you both back.

 

Now is the time to know,
cleanse, yourselves to capture back
the kingdom of silence, in which is all and complete.

 

Mind karma, gather blessings, seek the Master
change is what is needed, balance and transform

State of Meditation

Meditation in situ

Eyelids drop curtain
Close screen to mundane world
Ears bidding goodbye to outer sounds
Sounds of silence bloom
Bodily attached thoughts renounce
Habitation of bones, blood and nerves cast away
Skin starts sensualising astronomical cool
Terrestrial body consign to oblivion
Realms of inner being manifest
Ubiquity of bliss felt  
Self experiences expansion
Encounters universal presence

Meditation Aftermath  

Gradually eyes open
World offers to view
Poetry of creation
Sparkle in eyes result
Mark two red wine glasses
Awareness of joy fails to resign
Reminiscences of worldly ties attract
Mind dwindles in dilemma
Forces into the routine
Habitual actions hence take stroll
Nevertheless mind hankers to
Meditate again and again 

Meditation Repeats

Retrospective effects compose
Afterthoughts full of joy
Elated mind permits to act  
Darkless light offers bliss
Heart centre blossoms
Personality elevates to spiritual vibrations
Knower of knowledge becomes known 
Exaltation to formless state
Showers of benedictions occur
Being silent witness to inner and outer worlds
Thus – the Growth, to receive reverence
One of the One merges into – ‘the One’

I am pleased to share the ‘State of Meditation’ in my own words; I hope you receive it in its right perspective. There are various ways to meditate of which I would not want to elaborate. But I have presented in three classifications, the first one to know how it is and how it influences on the one who meditates, the second is the feeling as to how it influences even after finishing meditation, the third is what actually happens when we meditate regularly and what the results of Meditation actually should be.
I wish and feel, fresh Meditators or those who have begun or who are adepts would take the Best use of the lines as they are the study and years of practice. Ultimately it is that goal to be achieved. Thanks

Hope gets tickled by its own self, and puts the situation into a dilemma. Confidence brings assurances and makes it sound and strong. The battery of Hope gets down; when there is a full confidence of getting things done, it naturally recharges it.

Emotion to Salvation

In the midst of the heart ripping emotion

Words play to create commotion

Even in bright day light pierced by your vision

The long wait showed me direction

Amid all hurt, tears, scar and all the good in motion

Self introspection and rumination lead to determination

Scholarly acquaintances, scriptures, doctrines are exemplification

Knowledge to enlightenment and meditation

Am now on way to salvation

 While responding on Radhika’s comment, author of radhikasreflection, on my Blog post “Point Blank” these words and lines of thoughts came forth. I am deeply grateful to her for the inspiration.
 

 

 

Body Experiences..

Body Experiences..

Pain, Burning, Itching, Pricking, Piercing, Shooting, Aching and..

Normally everyone experiences all these in their body, maybe in various degrees. Some may have had it to the extremes. Excruciating pains caused due to accidents, operations, illness, chronic disease, cervical and lumbar spondylitis, arthritis and so on…
To forego or forgo these experiences is not easy at all. I have had all these experiences and still having some chronic pains in the body for last few decades.
My purpose of this Post is an attempt to share mine and for others to share their experiences here for all of us to know how to bear these body experiences and how could we forego them or lessen or abstain or even make an end to it.
I have few suggestions, as far as possible be away from pain killer tablets or least do not make them a habit at all. Slowly and steadily train the mind to accept. The mind is such, it listens to what you say and ask. People with chronic pains in body have done it and the body has listened to them. Look to animals got hurt; they care a hell, and in few days they are alright. We as pet lovers take extra care for their well being.
Learning to meditate on our bliss shall definitely help. Knowing and convincing to self that this shall also pass is one more aspect. Adopt natural means like Exercise, Yoga, Swimming, Walking, Nutritious Diet, Holistic means,  Naturopathy, Drinking as much Water, Breathing more and more fresh Air,  Acu Pressure, Acu Puncture, Massage, Oil Baths, Sun Baths, Sauna, Home Remedies, Music, Visit places of Serene beauty and so on..
Being away from doctor, finding solutions to Body Experiences..

We normally find ourselves under situations where there is a change, which demands an attitude from us. So, under such circumstances what stand do we take is so very important. There are always options left as to what further actions we are to take.

A very thin line exists between these words though they sound rather the same but they are tricky. I am therefore giving the nearest synonyms to them below.

We may ADJUST to the conditions, but we will not fully agree or have something in the background of our mind that things should or would have been different.

We shall ACCEPT but still go ahead with the situation not agreeing on certain aspects.

We will ADOPT with full consent of our mind and devote to the circumstances like how we would adopt a child as our own. 

By Adopting we would be more Satisfied and Happy.
