TIME WAITS

TIME WAITS

Time waits since conception in mother’s womb

Who knows from how many lives and what karma

Offspring appears into mysterious world again

Life in the womb of time wanders and whirls

Life purpose unknowing, engrossed in mundane humdrum

Incompetence plays role; puzzled steps; life gets baffled

Time alerts, rings warning bells time and again

Wakes-up from slumber of materialistic worldly epidemic

Time is witnesseth, knows all in and out

Time waits none, universal belief

Time waits life to free from it’s own womb

Time waits life release into timeless realms

Time waits to offer eternal bliss

Time waits till our liberation, realization, mukti, nirvana, enlightenment etc;

Shiva, I thought you couldn’t surprise me more. But in this post each line is a philosophical statement by itself, to ponder on the being of us humans. I love the deepness of it and the beauty of the messages. I am inhaling and exhaling by reading it for the 5th time. Above all of them , my favorite line is ” Time waits to offer eternal bliss”. That is the TRUTH of all. Thank you for sharing your meditational words and thoughts. May much bliss come to you, enjoy it. Cornelia

Thanks Cornelia, like how you did read it repeatedly I read your comment. You ponder my posts in the right perspective and I get overwhelmed.
I was thinking just like that… are we not going according to time and does it not wait for us to accomplish. So then I thought of its womb…😃
Ultimately it frees us into the ultimate. So that is the Surprise you see. Hahaha

I got tears at last when you said “May much Bliss come to you”. May shall it come to You too Cornelia.

Shiva, I thought your idea with the womb was brilliant. Thank you so much for your thoughtful reply, it’s always great to have communications like that. We will share the bliss together. Thank you Shiva.

Shiva. It is funny that when I saw the first words of your post a saying came to me.
It was an American friend who often used it : ” Time and tide wait for no man? ” .

Having read your excellent post I looked the American’s saying up and it was first recorded early 1200.

Now it could be debated, is it that we flow through time ….or that time flows through us?

      April 11, 2019 at 10:20 am

Yes I first thought it so Miriam that doesn’t it not sounds funny. Cause Time never waits for anyone. So then I thought the twist that I am thinking is more in-depth.

If it could go for debate then there is no ending to it.
Your question seems to be more scientific. If I say it flows through us or vice versa it will be one sided. So I say it both ways. That is what is right.
      Thanks

Time is always there..it’s we who say we have no time coz as u said we are busy in the mundane humdrum.

Time gives us the opportunity to realize our worth and to utilize it in a way which we are meant to be…

Beautifully penned, Shiva. Very deep in meaning and with a powerful message. I love existentialist poems that reflect upon time. These lines especially resonate with me:

Thank you so much for coming back to my blog, Shiva. I really appreciate this. However, there is a much better writer than me, whom I strongly recommend you and all your followers. I think you are also following him? It is my friend Mario Savioni. His novel “Pickles and Tarts” (very short chapters, easy to read), is a story where 54-year-old Frank has been selected by 19-year-old Nicole through a dating site. Frank looks at Nicole’s photos on the site and is attracted to her beauty. Nicole tells him she has a boyfriend and is not interested in a romantic relationship. She adds: “It’s fun to talk to different people sometimes.” The only apparent thing Frank and Nicole seem to have in common is their interest to write stories. Perhaps they want to meet just to write one together? Now Frank has already started to imagine this story, a story-within-the-main-story. “Pickles and Tarts” is a lovely story of illusion-delusion, dream-reality, non-conformist with the Capitalist system, reflective on love, sex, drugs, abuse, loneliness and human relationships in today’s world. It is profound and highly intriguing. I recommend chapters 11 and 12 that especially deal with sexual abuse, bullying and loneliness:

I would be very happy if Mr Mario visits my posts and passes his comments. It is so overwhelming when a true and good writer visits you and comments.
Even in your last comment you had mentioned about him. He truly is a great writer.

You are welcome. Mario is a good friend of mine. I am sure he also appreciates you as a writer. If he doesn’t visit your blog or write comments is because he lacks the time. Unlike me, he has a job he hates; it takes out all his energy. That is why I am helping him with his blog. Without meeting Mario I would never have started to write poems nor created my blog nor crossed paths with you, Shiva.

Some people come like Angels in life, that is what existence does.
I think you have read my post “Oh My Angel Manifest” in which I have mentioned about the Angels that come in life since the very beginning of life on Earth. Most times they do not show up or we do not know the person and situation how did the Angel come and go.
That is the beauty of this life you know.
If Mario hates his job, he should slowly find ways to quit. I feel he is on it.
Work is one pressure and obligation, finding ways to make it enjoyable is The Criteria.

I also think Mario is on his way. The problem is his age. He is like my husband (who also hates his job), getting closer to the age of retirement, at least, of early retirement. That would be the best even though it is probably more difficult in Capitalist USA than in Europe where my husband and I live. Mario is a good friend of mine. He is like the big brother I never had. I wish both my husband and Mario could get early retirements. I love my job as a teacher. I am privileged because it is really hard if you have picked a line of work you do not particularly like.

    Mon amitié est ma chanson
