Murder Stress

Quote By Shiva Malekopmath Image 1

Stress takes the power to kill internally & slowly.
Mind has created it. Applying the same mind we can Murder Stress.
Murder sounds daunting, but the purpose of it is intentionally to stress the very purpose of Not taking Stress in one’s strides.
Man by nature is Peaceful & Blissful, even other creatures too are. The internal being is lost in the outer world. While keeping on accepting other’s actions, stress slowly creeps in. No sign of its entrance is traceable. It is a slow killer, doesn’t make know, How, When and Where it acts. It gets traced when other parameters show normal.
Therefore, Murder is a sure shot one act. Act Soon!!!

Hi Sir! Great piece once again. But you said peace is natural to humans? How can you substantiate this point. Because I can see more chaos in the world than peace.

      Hello Abhay!
I will try to substantiate it in a few words as the subject is too large. It is good that you have asked it because it is always better to know this at this age for you.
Yes it is natural, today the human race has been living an artificial life, day by day going away from nature. You may observe animal life how peaceful they are.
When anybody Meditates he goes into his inner being, there he finds peace and solace away from the world. So it is stressed that one has to Meditate, go away for this world and live with nature at least for some time.
      Hope you understood the point.
      Thanks

          Exactly!
          Sat Chit Ananda
Sat- The One that is there
Chit- The One that is Manifested or seen
Ananda – The One that is Blissful
The above three makes One – Satchitananda!

Certainly Shiva, stress can cause many illnesses that will in turn kill you.
The list is long. In danger stress is a natural reaction and often necessary for survival.
However, in every day life it has no natural outlet and just stays in your blood and organs. To top it, stress makes you unhappy.

Awareness is the first to combat this disease in modern society, then we can take action.

I recommend life to be non stressful.

Stress is certainly taking one away from living in the moment and of not realizing the Truth of what ever we are doing to cause stress. My take on this is…. check your emotions what caused your stress….. analyzing it… go deep into the roots of it… reflect on it …. and learn from it…. so one knows to handle it differently next time stress appears. It is all about awareness. Thank you Shiva for sharing this deep post. Enjoy your week in blessings.

Your take is the finest one can give on this. I am very glad about it. Stress is such a dangerous thing to happen to the human race, as you say it is taking away from living where one has to.
      Awareness is the Guru.
This phrase is the slogan of the University where I have graduated from. The name of our University is “Karnatak University”.

Awareness is the Light that shows the path. Blessings are as important to have to take the path.

I too agree totally with your words of truth and reality, Shiva why must we take unnecessary stress when we know it is a slow killer and can cause so much damage. Our real state is satchitananda so why not inculcate it in our lives and lead a stressless life. Great post.

Kamal there are two things most of us do not know. Stress makes one stressful and one does not know about as it slowly enters without warning.
Second thing is we do not know we are Satchitananda roopa. Life plays such games with us, so we have to be vigilant.

Great post, Shiva. I have just learned about Satchitananda. The first encounter with stress is like the excessive coldness of air conditioning. You do not notice it until your whole body is freezing. The second encounter with stress is like a mosquito bite. You do not notice it until you have been bitten and the skin is red and swollen. Stress can lead you to disease and premature death. I think stress is the first cause of premature mortality in many so-called “advanced countries”. If you are stressed you do not drive carefully and so the risk of an accident increases. If you are stressed you get psychologically ill and then it ends up affecting your body physically because all illnesses have an emotional trigger together with other causes (genetic predisposition, etc.). We are often too unaware of being stress victims because we do not listen to our mind, body and soul and because this competitive globalized capitalist world oppresses us with excessive working hours and other stupid demands we are unable to fullfil. This system kills time to think because that is what the few world rulers, the puppeteers, want from us in order to manipulate us as much as possible and we, the vast majority, are their puppets. Your post creates awareness and that is very important. Sometimes you are stressed and do not notice and so you need the help of others to realize what is happening to you.

Conflicting emotions the daily grind and the pressures of life deplete all our peace it certainly is s herculean task to keep stress at bay. Now that I’m retired and enjoying being a lady of leisure I shall practice living more in the moment. I’ve been on a digital diet or fast of sorts just so I can fully enjoy the now. Since June I’ve begun to limit my time on social Media. There’s no need to document everything. Some moments are best left private. This is my journey to becoming one with nature and getting closer to God.

Thank you for your prayers. There were times that I was hanging by a thread. There were times that I was in tears. Every day I prayed asking God for strength to help me make it through. Even after I left I knew I would need extra time to heal.
Today I went to Coney Island beach and began to feel whole. I spent several hours just connecting to nature. To wash away the trauma of years of pain, bullying and depression. It will be several months before I can put the pieces together again but at least I’m making a start.

One would understand when one undergoes an experience. That will be still terrible when one comes to know that’s causing for the stress that is self in-built.
You have murdered it by Running. I was a sports person and a health freek. Past more than twenty years have been in Yoga. Stress hit me by the passing, when it made me know of it’s presence, it was my target and I did not take time to press my trigger.
I went through your Blog and it pretty talks much about Running. I shall visit your posts later as it is festival season here in India.

So I had less time for the blog. No new thoughts too.

The festival of Lights has just passed. The Light is considered as the Almighty which is in and out of Us. What Beautiful, Wonderful rituals and practices the Human race has adopted isn’t?
Yes TT has been my latest craze 😉 it energises and activates harmones that we need to do and especially when stressed out. 🙄
Keeping good health is not inviting things from outside. The inner things are to be lighted up. One secret to be kept for our ownselves. 😃
