Moments Worth

Posted on Updated on

On the eve of Valentine 14th Feb I post this to dedicate “All Lovers” of this world of Past, Present and Future

Moments Worth

“Moments are for a few moments and are time bound; they have their beginnings to endings, they are to be worth. We are anxious of their coming and cherish their going . How long, far, near and great are they worth. They bring joy”.

These words are in ‘Quotable Quotes’ form.

The same words in a ‘Poetic’ form

Moments are for moments
Time bound are they
Worthiness matters
Own their beginnings till endings
Anxious of their coming
Cherish of their going
How long
How far
How near
How great
Moments are worth
Bring Joy

Wow Deborah I definitely hope so. I shall pray for that to you, right now I am sending you some sweets made for Shiva Ratri which we had yesterday, a day of full fasting and prayers and at last in the night you shall have some things to eat. 😃

But this year Shivaratri and Valentines Day are on the same day (as well as Ash Wednesday – start of Lent)

Pranab we celebrated Shiva Ratri yesterday itself, some are doing it today. This year it has come so.

It was fasting, pooja, prayers, meditation, repetition of mantras and eating light homemade sweets and fruits.

          Greetings

Thank you Shiva for your beautiful Valentine wishes to us all. I am especially taken with the quote ” Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take but the moments that take our breath’s away”.
So, may we have countless such numbers that take our breath away.
I wish you Shiva and all you love joy and special, breathtaking moments today.

Brigid! Past three days I wanted to come to you read your posts and to inform you that your book Watching The Daisies has arrived and its in my hands. First I went through the book and first selected the India-spring 2003 chapter.
Your visit to my country has been memorable to you I suppose, starting from the delay in the baggage. You have seen the country down to earth with meeting of the people from the core of the society. I liked that sentence “We used the universal language of smiles and laughter to communicate”.
The flow of your thoughts has not been missed and the writing has been like the river flow.
I think I shall tell more when I read more chapters.
Thanks for the visit and Happy Valentine’s Greetings.

    Greetings of ecstatic wonderment!

You are now the (hopefully!) pleased and proud recipient of a Token of Humanity.

Not only does yours foolie find this token an unusually beautiful gesture of recognition in a community always willing to extend them, but — most unusually! — no action is required or requested of its happy receiver unless and until the inspiration strikes to pass it along!

    Here’s your link:

Mich you could hold me right. Hahaha
All about the moments you exhibit bring us close to all beings.

Life is surely measured by the moments that we take and not by time at all. A wonderful insight for Valentines, Shiva.
