1 or 2 might be known to have paid back

100s are unknown to have paid back

Therefore do not stop doing Good Deeds

Nature shall not keep the debt and shall oblige

    Beautiful words of wisdom and truth, Shiva and just keep on doing good deeds even if you think you are not doing. There are so many people who are such wonders on this beautiful earth like Mother Teresa, Mahatma Gandhi and to name a few. Great post.

      Why only them or a few Kamal, most people on a daily basis keep doing Good Deeds and they are to be patted.
      When something adverse happens they start cursing, having done such Good Deeds they are not returned with goody, goody things. But it so happens that they have already been rewarded many many times over. So it is to ponder to know where,how and in what way it has already come back. 😃

    Wonderful post Shiva. The words and drawing fit so nicely together and the message is powerful!!! He gives us the strength to do good deeds and it is so important to do so.

          Wow! Tom & Audrey you are already doing Great Good Deeds Dears. See there are thousands of people travelling daily on this planet, but very very few would take care to share the way you do. As you travel you get ideas as to how to share them and you take more and more details about the place isn’t? That itself shows the Good Deeds you are sharing with one another.       Well Pragalbha I appreciate your sensibility of the sensitivity in the sense of the few words.
      Sometimes I feel below the words, be it a poem, quote or a haiku I must write some words about what I what to say. Sometimes it is not necessary too.
      It so happens some things are told in few words which tell of so many things, some things are told in so many words which do not require many words. It is so tricky…

    Good deeds is what we signed for this life time, even some might not be aware of it. Yet only if we are not attached to the outcome, no expectations, than it is a true good deed. The more compassion out of a true mind and heart we develop the more of good deeds we have a chance to act upon. Even it is only a kind smile to anybody on the street. Thank you Shiva for spreading the TRUTH to the world.

      Bringing awareness of the signature done of doing Good Deeds is another arduous task. As you have said some may not be aware of it, does again depends on the Deeds done in the past…..
      Coming back to the Non-Attached Karma of having no expectations is in itself a difficult concept to make one understand….
      Yes! The more compassion out of a mind and heart that is being cleaned of dirt, almost on a daily basis shall bring better results in the act of doing Good Deeds.
      Hahaha giving a kind smile to anybody on the street may send wrong signals too, but I would say it is a great gesture. We in India are yet or to cultivate this one kind gesture. You have extensively travelled in India and know better of the gestures of our people. Once we know the person our gestures come from the Heart.
      Thanks Cornelia for being one with me in spreading the message to the world. Like it is said here – “A Squirrel’s service”. It comes in mythology of Ramayana that while Rama was constructing a bridge to Lanka he sought the services of monkeys and even the squirrel served to bring one bit of sand to build the bridge. Oh this continues to become one big comment, hope I am not taking your precious time….

    Shiva, it took me a while to respond to your comment to mine, sorry I got busy with work and other demands of kindness and I feel I owe you a respond to your amazing words. Indeed it is very deep, but I get nurtured by deep and meaningful conversations like yours and I wanted to thank you for all your insights. O love the squirrel thoughts, that’s how it is, to let our spirit grow and share with others, which has become a delight in my life, and there fore happiness arises often without a certain reason.           Oh Cornelia thanks, my children have also come to meet their granny who is ailing in bed and serious.
          My mother is a most beautiful woman by looks and by heart, she is been an example to all in the family and community.

      Deb there are many opportunities in life to do Good Deeds but we let them go unnoticed.
      I was talking about my Mom she is one who has done umpteen number of them. Moms are Great you know.
