Yes! I am Life

 Breeze Image 2

I am as Fresh and Immaculate always
You can’t even Imagine
My Pristine Beauty and Importance
I am Freely Available All over
Involuntary You take Me In and Out
You Enjoy My Effect
On your Face, Skin and Body
Your Mind gets Doubly Happy
You gave me the title Cool Breeze
You throw your Dust, Impurities into Me
Make me Impure and Unhealthy
You blame it on Me
Address Me as Pollution
You fill your Tyres
Compress Me to your Benefits
Run Your Machines
I keep the World on the Move
You call Air
Sell with no Gratitude
 You Spend to Breathe Me
Go far off places
Resorts, Hill Stations, Beeches and the like
There you Feel
 I am there for You
You shower Blessings upon Me
In the language of Yoga
They Proclaim it as Prana
The Life giver
You don’t Care
To take Care of Me
Other Creatures and Living Things depend on Me
I am Off from Here
You and Everything is Finished
Existence put to Question
Beware! To see Me, I am there
Yes! I am life

Being in service to others it shall bring the other items but not fully and through that means it has certain disciplines and mind structure to be followed.
Which is also called as Karma Yoga, and Nishkama Karma. If you want I shall give further details about it.
Dhyana Yoga is another discipline or school of thought which shall lead you to the ones which you are craving for.
As you know there two worlds for us, one is the inner world and the other is the outer world. The outer world seems to look very gigantic and the inner world is so very minute but surprisingly it is vice versa. What we are seeing in the outer world is of our inner world.
Just think and check for confirmation; before you embarked upon knowing this, what was your state of mind then, what it is now. So there has been a change. Now the mind is looking for the beautiful things in this world and in total the world itself is now looking so good. This is the transformation of the inner world which is now showing in the outer world.
You are blessed My Dear and that is why you are on the Path.
Furthermore, we shall discuss in detail on achieving the goals.
Wake Up! Have a Nice day!
                  Love to You.

                  Deb!
I am so happy that I am sharing this on the Shivaratri day which happens to be my birthday as per hindu calendar. It keeps changing every year by a few days. Otherwise I was born on 10th March which happened to be Shivaratri on the day I was born.
‘ratri’ means night; “the great night of Shiva” for details refer this link:

                  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maha_Shivaratri
Hence my name was kept by my paternal Grandpa.
On this day everyone has to fast the whole day and in reverence to Shiva have to keep the night vigil and chant the mantra of Shiva. They have to indulge in rituals and devotional practices.
So I keep telling, on my Birthday no partying and dance, only fasting ;-).

So I have to stop thinking that I have not stopped.
Today being Monday (Mondays are auspicious) and Shivaratri I shall tell you.
The story concepts of two novels that I am thinking which apparently I cannot discuss it here.
I want you to assist me. I am sure you shall do justice. Looking to the things that are going you shall enrich the concept and we can both do it. Just think over and tell me.
The time has come, we are to think so.

I understand. These are to be done in free time only. We shall sort out things and finalise.
In the process I feel we have to discover, analyse, know of so many things which in return shall contribute to our knowledge and well being.
As for your work I am not able to gauge the difficulties you face. Being here what best can be done shall only be my imagination.
Let us keep the talk in process.
                    Don’t you get disheartened.
                    There shall come a remedy.

      Kamal!
I had visited your blog months back and I had commented too.
I had told you about the Advaita school of thought which you refer and what Sri Shankara has bestowed on this world.
In fact I was to come and read your well written blogs on that. Time is always a constrain. I shall now come read them and shall not give any excuses. I would want to share the little knowledge I have about it(Advaita) and especially spirituality.
In some of my blogs you may feel the glimpse of Advaita or spiritual touch. I have not written anything fully on that subject, hope so I shall.
See me soon on your Blog.
You come to me with the blessings of Sri Shankaracharya.

Existence put to Question – so well said! You really bring to light how you treat the basic and most precious modality of life itself. We pay extra to travel to get the purer form of that which is everywhere – you bring this as an eye- opener. The life force is what brings forth our every thought word and action …you have tied all this in this beautiful composition.

      On your Post :
      Precious …Is all there Is
      I commented so:
Precious is all Precious in our mind so Precious until we think it is not Precious.

Dear Shiva, you would not let me get away without leaving a comment!
I liked your main picture – the woman in it seemed to personify the subject of your poem. I thought it was clever. I liked how the words demonstrate our desire to enjoy fresh air’s wonderful qualities but yet we contribute to spoiling and soiling those very same benefits.

How can I leave you Cee, for you are the one who spreads well being and love all over.
See who wouldn’t be glad when such a comment comes over.
So knowing the benefits keep always taking deep breaths when ever possible and when ever you remember. So it is the life energy which gives life to all the billions of cells that are in our body. Give positive strokes to your mind and say -” the breath I am taking now is giving me life and the new cells taking birth in this body contribute to my health and well being”.
It shall definitely work. Just try. You will know the results.
These are benefits of commenting, hahaha!
      😀
      Wish You Good Health!
      Shiva

Brigid! You have said it right , Mankind has to listen and act. Already it has given so many alarms.
      How are you now.
I need not tell you much, take as much Prana in to you and put it out as much possible and during the time say to self that it is giving me energy and new healthy cells and that is why I am healthy.
      It shall work.
      Wishing you good health.
      Shiva

Well Shiva. I have spent the last three afternoons outside in my garden as the sun has come out and the temperature must have been nearly 20 degrees today. So you must have been sending me prana through the airwaves. I feel good. 😊

this is a beautiful write Shiva… i’m not very good at snskrit or the mantras but two mantras i know and have taught my children . ie gayatri mantra and maha mritujaya mantra. it is now a habit with my kids to recite these before sleeping and they gradually drift off to sleep after this. sometimes i feel that we regularly abuse our prana on a regular basis and wonder how long will it tolerate this abuse…?
