Anything that reminds one of something is a genuine fact hidden deep in the heart or in the mind.

      Yes it is.
      It is a reciprocal act.
As many may think or take for granted that it is only one sided.
It is not a one way traffic.
You earn to command and while commanding also you are earning.
      Is not that so?
      Thanks Cornelia!

Excellent sir! simple, concise, profound. I come to expect no less from you Shiva.
I also need to tell you that soon I go ‘off grid’ so I won’t be posting as Tony, or checking anyone else’s blogs. Where I am going the internet is very random & scarce and my online time brief when it is there. I will however post on Ulingana when possible. Kind thoughts, tony

I do not know on what mission you are upon. Nevertheless I wish that you accomplish your set goals.
      Its time we realize.
      Its time we remember.
      Its time we unveil.
Its time we are not crazy.
Its time, its time and always its time……
See you soon again….. Let it not be so short lived.

my mission is the one on Ulingana..I’ll do a post soon but I go to a very poor part of Africa where my little deaf friend lives, to take enough funds for her first year at specialist deaf school. That’s why I say my Ulingana blog will be running still, though on emergency generators ha ha !! (lots of power cuts there and famine from the rains failing last year). But I will surely be back reading & commenting next March. See you then Shiva, take care my friend. Tony

Respect is in short supply in the USA right now as we face a monumental turning point next week. If only people realised that how they treat others is how they will be treated, we would be in a better place here as Americans right now. Respect, love, kindness, understanding. Where have they gone? One reason I have always loved India and wished to return is the gentleness of the people and culture, its depth and nuance, built on thousands of years of just that: respect for the world around us. Namaste, Shiva.

You are very much welcome here. Many who visit, read, talk, study and observe about India and come here. As Beth has visited India several times and knows about the country, she has given such thoughtful comments about India.
I hope you shall plan and come here to enjoy the various cultures, languages and people.

In a broader sense here the giving is earning and getting is commanding. Now the word command has to be taken in a different way, not the actual literary meaning. I hope you are able to understand what I want to say.

Yes I do understand that you are saying if you are “commanding” respect but not literally, then you are “getting” respect. Well said Shiva! 🙂

It is also a type of Commanding what they think, which is very short lived as the person would be in a position of authority.
Such people get desperate or even feel suicidal after having dethroned from the position.
