    Hello from Canada. I agree that appreciation can be a source of happiness. But is the reverse also true? Must one be happy to appreciate? My thought is that it makes it much easier. Take care my friend and I will visit more often.

    It most certainly does…we all feel happy when we know we are appreciated! We should always show others our appreciation too, it’s most important! What a wonderful quote Shiva…I love the picture posted with it too!! You should do more quotes.
