Open the Door..I have Come

Shiva in Meditation Pose 1

Open the Door..I have Come

YOU were here, with

All of us

YOU left for your abode

The day before yesterday, or

Millions of years back, and

Have been in your bliss

All for yourself

I imagine

There, is no sun, moon, stars or galaxies

YOU have perhaps forgotten

Have left here your idols, to see

My father, grandpa, granny, friends and ancestors

Have all left

Have you kept them there?

Have given them a throne

All your Messengers, Saints, Sages, Sufis, Vachanakars and Vedantins

Spake & sung to your glory

The great Scriptures proclaim

That I am ONE and in me

Are all souls, all creatures and living things

For they know not

Death is so near

Suffering no end

Shall again enter into darkness & shall again reborn

My mother, my beloved, my kith & kin & all on this planet

They are all with me to enter our abode

                                              Open the door..I have come

That part of it has to end.
      The subject tackles that.
It has to say still more, if you can explore….
      Thanks for the appreciation.

Wow Shiva this is amazing! Sorry I made you wait all day to respond but I wanted to be able to really absorb it and re-read it a number of times. I love it…the pictures are perfection! You have such depth, what a beautiful soul you are and how you express life and death, is incredible. This is simply beautiful!

I did wait that day for your esteemed comment.
It was as usual short and sweet.
I thought your comment to be an elaborate one. I also feel you restricted it not to elaborate and made it of such sweetness of appreciation.
This subject is a delicate one and calls for controversies also.
It may be half understood or misunderstood.
I am very happy you could go into its depth.
I was busy in the past two days and hence the delay in the reply.

I have no fear of death at all, in fact I look forward to it, because I believe that you go to a place full of peace, love, bliss, joy, kindness…Nirvana! Who would not look forward to that?
I know what it means to be busy…my life has been busier than usual for a little over a year now….I’ll be happy when it becomes less busy!
        Have a happy Saturday…

All of these pictures are incredible! I could sit and stare at them for a very long time and get lost in them…with different thoughts floating around in my head. They project so much to think about!! We are all a part of each other…in me is you and in you is me…we all share a part of each other, so I am you and you are me! One day we will meet Shiva…it may be on that stairway!! I look forward to it!

      Deb!
I was thinking of editing this Post and the moment has now come. Looking to the comments that are coming on the post, I thought it as much to add three more words -“shall again reborn” as it shall justify what I really want to convey. Let it not be fully understood but it should not be misunderstood.
Ha!! Ha!! It made me remember the story of the “Pied Piper” what we had heard during our childhood, I think you may also have come across that story. He takes away all the rats of the town and when he is not paid as per the promise he takes away all the children to the mountain valley. You may ask how it shall relate to this post; when in me are all and when I say I have come with all, it shall mean I have brought everybody with me rather emptying the whole planet. Ha! Ha!!
Today is Ester, what a fine day as you say- “Jesus rose from the dead so that we may all live forever after we die”. This is what I also mean in my Post’s words- “they are all with me to enter our abode”. I am really very happy that the thoughts and our acts coincide with Ester.
I have added few more pictures just to justify that. They also tell about Ester. If you have time go through other comments.
      Wishing you Happy Ester.
Let your comment come on the day.

Yes I love how Easter coincides with your poem, very poetic!! 😉

    Dear Deb Madam!
This was the reason why I had told you to read at least thrice.
I wanted you to grab the in depth of it and understand certain things. As for me, I have derived the knowledge and understanding; by time and again and that is what I have shared. It is not an ordinary thought to be displayed as certain spiritual dictums are to be adhered.
It gives me so much satisfaction when you say of the pictures as I would have spent sometimes hours or days to select and those would be among few thousands or hundreds that I would finalise one or two of them in the search. Thanks to Google, Pinterest and Tumblr for their support and for throwing them in the net for all of us. It also gives the opportunity to whosoever has developed them; my sincere thanks to them too. Your deep thought vibrations are reaching me and I love it.
Wonderful Deb! you have really understood what I meant to say. What the great have said too.
We definitely shall meet over there but before that we shall meet here in person, I have to exchange few things and as I told you about the novels. You shall be happy to know about them.
Off from work makes you so happy. Kudos to the week ends.
    Hugs!

I did not see this comment, thank you for pointing it out to me. Yes off from work makes me very, very happy! So much more at peace. I’m not sure if you saw what I wrote up above regarding death and not being afraid to die, but in fact looking forward to the glory that it will be. Yes there are thousands of pictures to choose from and you have done a tremendous job at selecting the perfect ones for your posts. You do spend hours looking at them, I know I do.
I open my mind to spiritual learnings, I love to expand my knowledge about the soul, and being, and the other world. I feel your vibrations too and feel that you are very spiritual, a sage in fact, and that you feel things deeply and then put those feelings into words in the most wonderful way!!
Enjoy listening to that book.. by the way, the YouTube shows the length of play time as 4 and 1/2 hours, in fact it’s 3 and 1/2 hours, don’t know why it lingers for another hour, there is nothing to hear.
Anyways, I look forward to your comments on it after you hear it!!

Hi Shiva, I’m not going to pretend I understand everything in your poem because I don’t you know…I am so far west I’m almost east but not quite.:0) I do understand the hope to be reunited with loved ones in a better place free of pain and death. I don’t think that desire knows east or west. God bless and keep you, Shiva.

It’s a lovely poem and yes, we are all basically the same. The ‘not understanding’ was a finger pointing at myself for not knowing more about Eastern traditions. Resurrection Sunday is a good day to contemplate a reunion with those we love in a better world. I am thankful that Jesus made that same resurrection power available to all. I find I need it every day. God bless and keep you always, Shiva.

I feel you read it more number of times, there is implied meaning in it. I do not say that it cannot be understood but the thought process shall yield. Please do not mistake. You have to take it in a very broad sense.
The study of spiritual verses and knowledge may help.
The discussion shall prolong, enough for now.

You are not an ordinary mortal. Your words r so strong n divine. I had to re read it again which I normally don’t do.
To be truthful, I have been skeptical n a bit scared of death… in the sense , I would be happier if I can fulfill all my commitments .
Your poetic words have so beautifully described Life After Death.
It brought peace to my heart.
Never have I felt Death to be so calm n soothing.
    Thank you Shiva.
    Feeling So much better now!
